By creating an account or using InternPilot AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What InternPilot Is

InternPilot is a personal internship-search tool for discovering listings, tracking applications, preparing for assessments and interviews, and drafting application material. It provides estimates and assistance, not guarantees.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Use accurate information and keep your profile current.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, overload its systems or data sources, attempt to access another user's data, upload unlawful content, resell data from the service, or use InternPilot to violate third-party terms. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.

Your Content

You keep ownership of resumes, notes, profile information, and other content you add. You give InternPilot permission to store and process that content only to provide the service.

Third-Party Services

InternPilot uses or integrates with third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, optional AI providers, Google/Gmail if enabled, and public job-listing sources. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

AI Output And Job Data

AI-generated suggestions, eligibility estimates, job rankings, and listing details may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review everything before relying on it or submitting it to an employer. InternPilot does not guarantee interviews, offers, listing availability, or employment outcomes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost opportunities, employer decisions, inaccurate listings, third-party outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using InternPilot and delete your app data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms as InternPilot evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
